Meetings Associated with the Conference Theme are Welcome!

BOOK EARLY: No cost time slots for associated meetings at Studio 5. (see schedule below)

Before choosing the most convenient date for your meeting, we recommend checking the conference agenda to make sure it won’t conflict with sessions you or your participants may be interested in seeing. (view agenda)

Note: Meeting spaces at other hotels, forest lodges or river boats depend on availability. Book early!

  • COST: The meeting organizer is responsible for all associated costs.
  • LOGISTICS: We are happy to assist with your meeting logistics but can only provide a limited amount of support. We will provide audio/visual equipment and some man-power at Studio5, but not for meetings at other locations. Reservations for meeting spaces, travel arrangements for participants, and general coordination are the responsibility of the organizer.
